This is the kit you need to put a 30" Front Wheel on your Bagger. This kit includes a set of raked billet triple clamps and a new Billet CNC machined bolt on neck for your frame to get the proper geometry for the big 30" wheel. This kit requires NO cutting and welding and is a simple bolt on installation.
